摘    要:目前储能选址主要从优化层面出发,突出储能系统规划运行中的经济性价值。为了发挥储能的系统改善能力,本文提出一种基于电压稳定性的储能选址方法。首先分解电压不稳定指标中的等值负荷,利用分解后的转移负荷,推导各储能备选节点功率变化与电压稳定性关键节点电压不稳定指标之间的耦合关系。从而获得储能地点发出功率对电压稳定性关键节点的增益效果,以此得到可改善电压稳定性的储能配置地点。最后通过IEEE 24节点的仿真,证明该方法的有效性。

Abstract:At present,the location of energy storage mainly starts from the optimization level so to highlight its economic value.In order to develop the improvement capability of energy storage system,a kind of energy storage location method based on voltage stability is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the equivalent load of voltage instability index is decomposed,and the coupling relationship between the power change of each energy storage candidate node and the voltage instability index of key nodes of voltage stability is deduced by using the decomposed transfer load.Thus,the gain effect of the output power of the energy storage site on the key nodes of voltage stability can be obtained,and the energy storage location which can improve the voltage stability can be obtained.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is proved by the simulation of IEEE 24 nodes.
