一种具有正负输出的电流耦合取电电源的研究与设计

摘    要:因多种类型在线监测装置供电电源的需要,提出一种具有正负输出的电流耦合取电电源装置。采用理论推导和仿真相结合的方法,研究了磁芯有无气隙对取电电源工作状态的影响;通过试验测得取电线圈副边电压随原边电流以及输出功率随原边电流和负载电阻的变化曲线,为电源设计提供依据;针对取电线圈副边输出电压高需要电气隔离,一般正负输出集成芯片难以满足要求的情况,提出采用有源钳位ZVS-PWM正激变换器作为电气隔离及降压处理电路来实现正负输出的取电电源,结合ZVS-PWM软开关技术和同步整流技术来提高电源的转换效率,并进行了仿真分析验证;设计制作了输出电压为±12 V、输出功率为1.44 W的取电电源,并获得了理想的试验效果。

Abstract:A kind of current coupled power supply device with positive and negative output is proposed for the need of power supply for multiple types of on line monitoring device.The method of theoretical deviation with combination of simulation is adopted to study the influence of magnetic without and without air gap on the operation condition of power supply.The variation curve secondary voltage of power supply coil with primary current and the output power with primary current and load resistance is obtained by the test so to provide the base for the power design.In view of such situation that high secondary output voltage needs electrical isolation of power supply coil and general positive and negative output integrated chips cannot meet requirement,it is proposed to adopt,active clamp ZVS-PWM forward converter as electrical isolation and voltage reduction circuit to achieve positive and negative output power supply.Power conversion efficiency is improved by the ZVS-PWM soft switching technology and synchronous rectification technology and the simulation analysis and verification are performed.The power supply with output voltage±12 V DC and output power output 1.44 W is designed and made,and ideal test result is obtained.
