双轴励磁调相机励磁绕组的优化设计

摘    要:本文以传统同步调相机提出了一种转子上具有两组非对称励磁绕组结构的双轴励磁调相机,其可以运行在深度进相运行工况,增加无功功率的吸收能力。与传统同步调相机相比,双轴励磁调相机在转子磁极上开槽放入q轴励磁绕组,在d、q轴励磁绕组的作用下,励磁合成磁场可以位于转子任意位置。而d,q轴励磁绕组结构不同会影响励磁合成磁场的大小、分布及谐波含量等,从而影响双轴励磁调相机的性能。本文首先研究了转子q轴励磁绕组槽个数的不同对气隙磁通密度及谐波含量的影响,设计出基波磁通密度较高且谐波含量较低的方案。在此基础上研究了具有不同q轴励磁绕组槽距角的双轴励磁调相机的磁场分布和饱和情况,最后进一步对转子q轴励磁绕组的槽型结构实现优化,得到了一种可以提高基波磁通密度、降低谐波分量的转子结构,从而尽可能大的提高双轴励磁调相机的性能。本研究为大型双轴励磁调相机的设计和制造提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper,a Dual-Excited Synchronous Condenser(DESC)with two sets of asymmetric excitation windings on the rotor is proposed based on a Traditional Synchronous Condenser(TSC).It can operate in the deep phase-in operation mode and increase the absorption capacity of reactive power.Compared with the TSC,the DESC is slotted on the rotor pole and placed into the q axis excitation winding.Under the action of d and q axis excitation winding,the excitation magnetic field can be located at any position of the rotor.However,the different structure of d and q axis excitation windings will affect the size,distribution and harmonic content of the excitation magnetic field,thus affecting the performance of the DESC.In this paper,the influence of the number of slots in the rotor q axis excitation winding on the air gap flux density and harmonic content is studied firstly,and the scheme of high fundamental air-gap flux density and low harmonic content is designed.Based on this,the magnetic field distribution and saturation of a DESC with different q axis excitation winding slot pitch are studied.Finally,the slot structure of the rotor q axis excitation winding is optimized,and a rotor structure which can improve the fundamental air-gap flux density and reduce harmonic components is obtained,so as to improve the performance of the DESC as much as possible.This study provides the theoretical basis for the design and manufacturing of large DESCs.
