摘    要:上充泵是核电厂反应堆运行的重要核二级转动设备,在检修过程中经常会遇到转子损伤的情况。以3RCV003PO转子修复为案例,探索了激光熔覆技术在上充泵转子修复中应用的可能性。介绍了利用激光熔覆技术对上充泵转子实施修复的过程。修复上充泵转子的再投用,证明通过激光熔覆技术修复的上充泵转子完全满足使用要求,成功地解决了上充泵转子损伤无法修复的难题。

Abstract:Charging pump is an important nuclear class-two rotating equipment in the operation of nuclear power plant reactor, and the rotor is often damaged in the process of maintenance. Taking RCV003 PO rotor repair as an example, the possibility of laser cladding technique application in rotor repair of charging pump is explored. The process of repairing the rotor of charging pump with laser cladding technique is introduced. It is proved that the rotor of the charging pump repaired by using laser cladding technique can fully meet the specified requirements, which successfully solves the problem that the damage of the charging pump rotor is difficult to be repaired.
