| 摘 要： | 利用电火花线切割加工技术特点,结合木地板行业聚晶金刚石刀具加工需求,研制出一种适用于木地板行业聚晶金刚石刀具加工的往复走丝电火花线切割机床。针对该聚晶金刚石刀具加工的主要技术要求,对机床的机械结构、脉冲电源、控制系统等进行了整体设计开发,使其具有较好的加工精度和表面粗糙度。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of WEDM technology,and combined with customer requirements of polycrystalline diamond tools machining in wooden floor industry,a kind of reciprocating traveling type wire electrical discharge machines was developed,which is suitable for polycrystalline diamond tools in wood floor industry.According to the main technical requirements of polycrystalline diamond tools,the mechanical structure,generator and control system of the machine are designed and developed overall,so the machine with high machining precision and surface roughness. |
