高速动车组永磁同步电机牵引控制仿真研究

摘    要:为研究永磁同步电机的电流运行轨迹,分析不同工况下动车组永磁同步电机的弱磁工作方式,首先分析了永磁同步电机的最大运行能力,规划电流轨迹;其次,在动车组变工况时,根据永磁同步电机交、直轴电流相平面关系,按最大转矩电流比控制解析式方程,确定最小稳定工作点,从而提高电机的运行效率,实现平滑过渡;最后,利用Simulink软件对永磁同步电机矢量控制系统进行仿真验证。

Abstract:In order to study the current running trajectory of the PMSM,the field weakening operation method of the PMSM under different operating condition is analyzed.First,analysis on maximum operating capacity of PMSM and planing of the current running trajectory are conducted,and then,the minimum stable operating point is confirmed to improve the motor’s efficiency and realize the smooth transition in accordance with the analytical equation of the maximum torque-current ratio control,based upon the phase plane relationship between quadrature axis current and straight axis current of the motor.Finally,the Simulink software is applied to verify the simulation onto the vector control system of PMSM.
