摘    要:受到国家供给侧结构性改革、地方煤矿安全治理等影响,煤炭市场发生变化,国内第1台燃用福建无烟煤145t/h CFB锅炉需掺烧改烧优质神华烟煤。结合燃烧理论和运行实践,分析煤质特性变化对CFB锅炉燃烧的影响、改烧对CFB锅炉安全性和经济性的影响。根据神华烟煤特性采取运行优化调整和设备技术改造等针对性措施,并提出下一步改进建议,对CFB锅炉的设计、运行、优化和改造具有重要参考意义。

Abstract:Affected by the supply-side structural reform and the safety management of local coal mines,the coal market has changed.The first domestic 145 t/h CFB boiler burning Fujian anthracite had to burn highquality Shenhua bituminous coal instead.Combined with combustion theory and operation practice,this research analyzes the influence of coal quality characteristics change on CFB boiler combustion,and the influence of burning change on CFB boiler safety and economy.According to Shenhua bituminous coal characteristics,targeted measures such as operation optimization adjustment and equipment technical transformation are adopted,and further improvement suggestions are put forward,which has important reference significance for CFB boiler design,operation,optimization and transformation.
