摘    要:针对目前研究时域特征量评估油纸绝缘老化只对整体状态诊断,并未区分油纸绝缘系统中不同介质的绝缘状态。利用油纸绝缘变压器的回复电压现场测试数据,根据充电时间长短将时域特征量区分处理,形成绝缘油和绝缘纸的标准状态指标;采用标度拓展法与变异系数法确定各指标主客观权重,并根据最小鉴别信息进行最优组合;最后结合一种改进理想解法实现对油纸绝缘不同介质状态的分类分级评估。通过实际油浸式变压器测试数据进行验证,结果表明该方法能实现同一台变压器油和纸绝缘状态的分类评估,通过对比变压器实际状况和绝缘纸聚合度、油中微水量验证了评估结果的准确可靠。

Abstract:In view of the current research on the time domain characteristics of oil-paper insulation aging,only the overall state diagnosis is made,and the insulation status of different media in the oil-paper insulation system is not distinguished.Using the field test data of the recovery voltage of the oil paper insulation transformer,the time domain characteristic quantity was processed according to the length of the charging time,and the standard state index of insulating oil and insulating paper was formed.The subjective and objective weights of each index were determined by scaling expansion method and coefficient of variation method,and the optimal combination of minimum discriminant information was carried out.Finally,an improved TOPSIS was used to evaluate the state of oil-paper insulation in different mediums.The test results of the actual oil immersed transformer verify that the method can realize the classified assessment of the insulation status of the same transformer oil and paper.At the same time,accuracy of the evaluation results was verified by comparing the actual conditions of transformer and the polymerization degree of insulation paper and the water quantity in oil.
