超声振动辅助铣削研究进展

摘    要:超声振动辅助铣削是一种将超声振动以不同方式施加到刀具或者工件上从而实现振动切削的加工方式,相比传统铣削,可有效降低切削力和切削温度,改善加工表面质量,提高零件的使用性能。通过系统地介绍超声振动辅助铣削在工艺参数选择、加工材料匹配等方面的研究进展,总结了现有研究和应用中存在的问题及解决方案。综合了近年来对不同振动方式的超声振动辅助铣削的研究进展,并对未来研究和应用的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Ultrasonic vibration assisted milling(UVAM)is a machining method in which ultrasonic vibration is applied to the tool or workpiece in different ways to achieve vibration cutting.Compared with traditional milling,it can effectively reduce reduce cutting force and cutting temperature,improve the quality of machined surface quality and the performance of parts.This paper systematically introduces the research progress of UVAM in the selection of process parameters and the matching of processing materials,and summarizes the problems and solutions in existing research and applications.The research progress of UVAM with different vibration modes in recent years is summarized,and the development trend of future research and application is prospected.
