摘    要:干式空心电抗器运行时产生较大漏磁场,会对周围铁磁材料以及闭合金属环路产生影响,严重时危及整个系统运行安全。以一起特高压站110 kV干式空心电抗器接地排异常发热为例,分析了涡流致热和环流致热原理,并逐步排查得出造成其发热的主要原因是在电抗器漏磁范围内存在闭合回路。提出了解决接地排异常发热的应对策略,并分别从干式空心电抗器的安装工艺、设计选材、竣工验收以及运行维护4个方面给出建议,对避免类似故障的发生具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:The big leakage magnetic field of dry-type air-core reactor in operation will cause influence on the surround ferromagnetic material and the closed metal loop and,when serious,will endanger safe operation of the whole system.In this paper,the abnormal heating of the earthing bar of one 110 kV dry type air core reactor at one UHV substation is taken as an example so analyze the principle of heating sue to eddy current and circulation,check one by one and get the reason that the heat is due to lop circuit within the leakage magnetic of the reactor.The counter measure to solve the abnormal heating of the earthing is proposed,the suggestion is given from such four aspects as installation process,material selection,acceptance and operation&maintenance of the dry-type air-core reactor are given,which can provide a definite reference in avoiding the similar fault.
