| 摘 要： | 在系统分析了建设监理制度下业主、监理工程师和承包商三者关系的基础上,依据博弈论思想,基于委托-代理理论,运用博弈论的方法建立了业主、监理工程师与承包商之间的三方博弈模型,并对监理工程师与承包商之间的合谋行为进行了博弈分析;基于博弈分析结果,对如何有效防止监理方与承包方之间的合谋行为,发挥监理最大作用,保证项目质量和效益提出了相应的措施.
