电力抢修监控调度系统开发和应用

摘    要:用GPS为抢修车定位,抢修车内置现场子系统负责采集现场抢修数据,智能化地制定现场应急措施、出票、接受统一调度等;采用GSM短信作为抢修现场子站系统与电力抢修监控调度中心的通道;基于配电地理信息系统,接入客户服务系统、配电自动化系统、SCADA等系统,组成电力抢修监控调度系统;对抢修现场数据和其他系统的数据进行全局性、综合性分析,采用辅助智能决策技术,实现对电力抢修车位置的跟踪、监控、报警求助、信息服务、抢修调度等功能。

Abstract:In an electrical rush repair scheduling system developed by Dalian Electric Power Bureau, the GPS is used to locate the repair vehicle, whose built in subsystem is used to gather on the spot repair data. The field emergency measures, work paper printing and acceptance of unified scheduling are intelligently developed. The GSM short information is used as the communication channel between the field substation systems and the center for electrical rush repair scheduling system. Based on the distribution geographic information system, the CSS, DAS, SCADA etc are connected to globally and comprehensively analyze the repair field data and other system data. Tracking, supervising, help seeking, information service and rush repair scheduling for the electrical repair vehicle are realized by means of auxiliary intelligent decision making.
