生物柴油低温流动性及其降凝剂研究进展

摘    要:生物柴油是典型“绿色可再生能源”,然而生物柴油凝点一般在0℃时,其低温结晶和凝胶 化限制生物柴油在低温时应用,生物柴油低温流动性能主要与生物柴油中饱和脂肪酸甲酯含量和 分布有关,还与脂肪酸酯支链程度有关。该文综述改善生物柴油低温流动性方法,降凝剂作用机理 及生物柴油降凝剂的研究、应用及发展前景。

Abstract:Bio-diesel is an alternative biodegradable diesel fuel. However, the pour point of the bio-diesel is about 0℃ , as a result that the freezing and gelling of many bio-diesel formulations are limiting their applications. The low-temperature fluidity of the bio-diesel fuel depended on the content and distribution of the saturated fatty acid methyl esters in the fuel. It also depends on the degree of the branched-chain esters. In this paper, the methods to improve the low-temperature fluidity, the mechanisms of the pour point depressant and the research, application, development of pour point depressant were reviewed.
