硫杆菌浸出低品位镍铜硫化矿

摘    要:阐述了氧化亚铁硫杆菌(TF5)和氧化硫硫杆菌(TT)在摇瓶中浸出金川低品位含钴、镍、铜硫化矿的工艺条件实验. 结果表明,浸出过程的pH值应控制在2.0左右;细菌的接种量应控制在3.0?109个/ml左右;低矿浆浓度有利于浸出的进行;氧化亚铁硫杆菌和氧化硫硫杆菌混合浸出,以2:1的比例混合比1:1的比例浸出率要高.

Abstract:Bioleaching of low-grade Ni-Cu sulfide ore from Jin-chuan with thiobacillus ferrooxidans (TF5) and thiobacillus thiooxidans (TT) is investigated. The effect of pH, inoculation, pulp density on leaching is presented. The leaching process inoculated with different blend of TF5 and TT is also examined. These experiments confirm that the leaching pH should be controlled at about 2.0, the best inoculation quantity 3.0(109 cells/ml, low pulp density is more favorable for leaching, and the extraction of nickel is increased by inoculation with the blend of TF5 and TT.
