摘    要:随着移动互联网时代的来临,OTT业务快速发展,传统电信业数据、信息、语音等传统业务面临重大挑战和变革,加速推动电信运营商进入全业务服务和流量经营时代。融合是4G时代的大势所趋,随着移动互联网、智能手机的快速发展,通信、互联网、IT相互融合,跨平台、跨终端、跨网络成为重要的行业发展趋势,各种沟通工具、社交媒体、生活娱乐工具融合在一起,极大地释放了人们的沟通需求。运营商依托融合通信提供的全方位通信服务,可满足用户个性需求,优化业务结构,创新发展模式,打造4G移动互联网时代战略业务入口,驱动自身转型升级。本文综述了电信运营商在融合通信领域的发展和布局,以及中移全通公司在融合通信领域的实践。

Abstract:With the coming of the era of mobile Internet, OTT business is developing rapidly, the traditional telecommunications information, data, voice and other traditional business is facing a major change and challenge, it is accelerating to push telecom operators step into the era of traffic management and the whole business services. Integration is the trend of The Times of 4G era. With the rapid development of mobile Internet, smart phones, communication, Internet, IT mutual confluence, cross-platform, cross-terminal, cross-network is becoming an important development trend of industry, all kinds of communication tools, social media, the entertainment tool collect together, freed people's communication needs greatly. Operator rely on converged communications to provide full range of communication services, they can meet the demand of the user personality, and optimize the business structure, innovate the development model, make 4G mobile Internet era strategic business entrance, drive it self changing and upgrading. This paper reviews the layout and development of the telecom operators in the field of fusion communication, and the practice of QuanTong company in the field of fusion communication.
