Water Resources Distribution Models on the River

In the view of system, the paper discusses the river's resources nature, allocating criterion and model. Based on the joint reservoirs operation for the Yellow main stream, optimal and simulating rational distributing models for river's water resources are presented. In which, a simple real use discount model is applied to the Yellow River, and satisfied results are obtained. The practice shows that the research thought and the models proposed in the paper are of very important significance to solve and realize unifying operation distribution for the river's water resources.
