硬质合金维氏压痕裂纹与断裂韧性

摘    要:该文研究了WC-Co和WC-Ni/Co硬质合金Vickers金刚石庄头在抛光的表面上产生的对角裂纹与断裂韧性的关系。合金中粘结金属含量为8到8.5m%,WC平均晶粒尺寸为2.4到3.0μm.合金表面采用常规金相制样方法并随后作短时退火处理。得到的结果是,测量断裂韧性的必须条件是裂纹要比压痕对角线长得多才行,只有较细晶粒的合金适合于本条件。

Abstract:A study is made of the relation of cracks propagation from the corners of a Vickers dismond indentation rnade on a polished surface with fracture toughneess for WC-Co and WC - Ni/Ch cemented carbchs, that are composed of the hinders value of 8 to 8. 5m% and 2. 4 t0 3. 0μm value of WC mean grain sbe in cemented carbides. The surface of samples if made use of routine metallographic polished preparation for cemented carbides,followed by a short time annealing treatment. It is gave result in that,which reguisite is the cracks much longer than indentation disgonals for measurement of the fracturetoughneess,and applied alone to the cemented carbides with finer WC grain.
