Al_2O_3/TiB_2/SiC_w陶瓷材料的室温摩擦磨损特性研究

摘    要:研究了不同SiCw,含量的Al2O3/TiaO/SiCw,陶瓷材料与硬质含金在室温滑动摩擦时的摩擦磨损特性.结果表明:随SiCw含量的增加摩拣系数减小,Al2O3/TiB2/SiCw陶瓷材料抗磨损能力增强,其磨损机制主要有后粒磨损和晶须的脱落,晶须的取向对该陶瓷材料的耐磨性能有很大的影响。

Abstract:The friction and wear behavior Al2O3/TiB2/SiCw ceramic composites with different SiCw contents against carbide(YG8) at room temperature was investigated. Results showed that The friction coeffieient was decreased with the increase of SiCw content. The influence of SiCw contents on the wear resistaoce of this copmosite was examined. Whisker orientation on the wear resisance in sliding wear tests has been studied. Recommendations were made for the selection of surface to make full use of its wear resistance.
