西气东输管道试压与干燥施工技术

摘    要:西气东输管道沿线地形地貌复杂多变,且距离长,管径大,压力高,其管道试压与干燥施工具有一定的难度。通过借鉴国际同类管道施工经验和做法,管道试压与干燥均达到了设计要求和施工规范的规定。西气东输管道采用清洁水试压,干空气干燥,文章介绍了管道试压、干燥段落划分原则以及试压、干燥程序和技术要求。尤其干空气干燥技术,开创了我国大口径输气管道干燥施工的先例。

Abstract:It has certain difficulties to perform pipeline pressure testing and drying because of com-plicated and variable topography and landform,long distance,big pipe diameter and high pressure.Through drawing on the experiences of worldwide similar pipeline projects,the pressure testing and dry-ing for West to East Gas Pipeline Project reached the stipulations of design requirements and construc-tion standards by using clean water for pressure testing and dry air for drying.The paper introduces the principles of pressure testing and interval dividing for drying as well as their procedure and technical requirements.Particularly,the drying technique of using dry air for large diameter pipeline was applied for the first time in our country.
