行星猫头的改进方案

大庆Ⅰ-130钻机上配备的行星猫头更具有操作安全、扭矩大的优点,但由于两个手把的操作难于同步,钻井工人不易掌握。为了便于操作,作者提出仍采用两个手把,只改变其中一个杠杆支点位置;或只采用一个手把,而恰当安排杠杆支点位置等两个改进方案,可供感兴趣的同行参照实施。

Improvement on the Planetary Catheads on Daqing Ⅰ-130 Drilling Rigs

Though the planetary cathead on the Daqing I-130 drill-ing rig is characteristic of safe operation and big torque, thetwo handles can not be synchronically and exactly controlled.The author recommends two new ways to control the catheadmore easily: one is to change the lever pivot position of oneof the two handles, the other is to use only one handle andarrange properly the lever pivot position.
