针刺联合艾灸百会穴治疗 中风后失眠临床研究

摘 要:目的 观察针刺联合艾灸百会穴治疗中风后失眠的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的60例中风后失眠患者，随机分为两组，每组30例，治疗组采用针刺疗法联合艾灸百会穴治疗，对照组给予口服艾司唑仑片，比较两组治疗前后PSQI、HAMA、HAMD及NIHSS评分情况。结果 治疗组（93.1%）治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（83.5%）；治疗后治疗组PSQI量表中各项评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分及NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显降低（P均＜0.01）；且治疗组各评分均显著低于对照组（P均＜0.05）；治疗结束12周后随访，治疗组的PSQI评分与治疗后及对照组比较，差异有统计学意义，说明针刺联合艾灸百会穴治疗中风后失眠远期疗效佳。结论 针刺联合艾灸百会穴治疗中风后失眠临床疗效显著，有助于改善睡眠质量和神经功能缺损状况，减轻患者焦虑抑郁心理，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Research on Acupuncture Combined with Moxibustion at Baihui Point for Treatment of Insomnia After Stroke

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with moxibustion at Baihui point in treating insomnia after stroke.Methods Sixty patients with post stroke insomnia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with moxibustion at Baihui point,while the control group was treated with oral estazolam tablets.The PSQI,HAMA,HAMD,and NIHSS scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (93.1%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.5%)；After treatment,the PSQI scale scores,HAMA scores,HAMD scores,and NIHSS scores in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared to before treatment (P<0.01)；And the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05)；After 12 weeks of treatment,a follow up was conducted,and the PSQI score of the treatment group was statistically significant compared with that of the control group and after treatment.This indicates that acupuncture combined with moxibustion at Baihui point has a better long term therapeutic effect on insomnia after stroke.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with moxibustion at Baihui point has a significant clinical effect on treating insomnia after stroke,which helps to improve sleep quality and neurological deficits,alleviate anxiety and depression in patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
