The Research on the Open Service Interface of the Intelligent Network

This paper describes the current situation of the open service interface of the Intelligent Network and its limitations. It also puts forward a solution that proposes the creation of a Parlay X Gateway on the basis of Parlay architecture. Then this paper describes the system architecture, functional entities and relationship between these entities and the Intelligent Network. It also describes the encapsulation of Parlay X interface and the mapping from Parlay X to the underlying network and thus offers a clearer picture of this solution.
