浅圆仓储粮自动分级研究现状

综述了浅园仓自动分级产生原理及其影响因素,防自动分级设备的开发研究现状和自动分级带来的危害及其处理方法。根据镇江直属库的实际应用情况,提出在没有有效的防自动分级设备情况下,采用抽芯、单管通风、充氮气调或者综合运用以上措施,并加强粮情检查,可以有效地处理自动分级引起的发热问题和降低自动分级带来的危害。

Automatic Classification Research in Grain Storage of Silo

This paper summarized the theory and influencing factors and the equipment development,the damage and resolve methods of automatic classification.The methods,core extracting,single tube ventilation,storage under nitrogen,or make use of those methods together with the grain situation examination enhancing in the same time,can resolve the problem of heating caused by automatic classification based on the application of Zhenjiang State Reserve Grain Depot.
