| Abstract: | For quite some time, the Chinese telecom market is in the state of mixed natural monopoly and administrative monopoly. The reform of the laws and regulations in the Chinese telecom industry will undergo the stages of separation of government administration from enterprise operation, busi- ness separation, innovation and competition under the situation of entry into WTO, and a competitive market situation will take shape. |
