| 摘 要： | 介绍了气体辅助注射成型中的CAE分析方法，阐述了气辅制品缺陷与工艺参数的关系。并通过塑料成型过程分析软件Moldflow Plastic Insight 5．0对制品进FLOW-COOL-FLOW分析，调整工艺参数达到消除气辅缺陷的目的。

Defect was disappeared through FLOW-COOL- FLOW analysis and proces sing parameter adjustment of plastic production by using plastic molding process analysis software Moldflow Plastic Insight5.0. |
