金银花中绿原酸超声辅助提取工艺研究

摘    要:本文以金银花为原料,通过单因素和正交试验,确定了超声辅助提取金银花中绿原酸的工艺条件。结果表明提取最佳条件为:超声功率180W,超声时间18min,提取时间为1.5h。

Abstract:In the paper,using Flos lonicerae as the raw material,single factor and orthogonal tests were conducted to obtain the optimum conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Chlorogenic Acid.The results showed that the Optimum conditions are ultrasonic power 180 W,ultrasonic time 18 min,water extracting time 1.5 hours.
