基于正交试验设计与有限元仿真的板材剪切力影响因素研究

摘    要:板材剪切因素对剪切力的影响至关重要。本文针对板材剪切过程中的板材厚度、刀盘间隙、重叠量、刀盘倾角和剪切速度五因素,采用正交试验设计法,结合DEFORM有限元软件,对AISI-1030材料进行仿真,并对剪切试验指标进行了极差分析和方差分析,得到了上述因素对剪切力大小影响的权重次序。

Abstract:Plates shearing factors is important for shearing force. The paper uses the orthogonal experiment design method, c, ombines DEFORM finite element software simulation to carry out simulation for AISI - 1030 plates referring to influence of factors such as plates thickness, the blade clearance, the overlap amount, the blade angle and sheafing velocity on the plates shearing process, obtains the five factors to the order of the experimental target shearing force' s influence proportion through range analysis and variance analysis of the orthogonal experiment.
