| 摘 要： | 报道了熊去氧胆酸衍生物合成的研究。以熊去氧胆酸为先导化合物，先将其与甘氨酸相连，得到甘氨熊去氧胆酸，然后对甘氨熊去氧胆酸分子上的羧基进行修饰，得到两个系列的目标化合物，即酯类和酰胺类共13个未见文献报道的熊去氧胆酸衍生物，其结构经^1HNMR和MS表证。该研究为胆酸类药物的研究开发打下一定的物质基础。

| Abstract: | This paper took ursodeoxyeholic acid as the lead compound and got ursodeoxycholic acid derivatives. Then two series of compounds were produced by combining phenols and amines with the carboxyl group of ursode- oxycholic acid. These 13 compounds had all been purified, confirmed by 1HNMR and MS. This work will be help- ful to the further research and development of cholic acid. |
