直筒式脉冲电旋风除尘器内颗粒浓度分布实验研究

摘    要:在脉冲电旋风除尘器研究的基础上,对直筒式脉冲电旋风除尘器内的颗粒浓度场进行测试分析,得出在一定入口风速、工作电压、入口粉尘浓度下除尘器内颗粒浓度分布规律及实测回归方程;进行不同供电方式下除尘器内颗粒浓度分布对比实验,研究表明脉冲供电可有效地降低除尘器内粉尘浓度,使除尘器内粉尘浓度分布趋向均匀。

Abstract:Cyclone with pulse supply is a new dust collection equipment which combines cyclone with pulse electrostatic. On the basis of experimental study of the performance of cyclone with pulse supply, the particle concentration distribution in cyclone with pulse supply are tested and analyzed. The particle concentration field distribution law and regression equation are obtained in a certain velocity, voltage and particle concentration of inlet. Particle concentration distributions of cyclone are tested under different power supply conditions. The results show that pulse supply can effectively decrease particle concentration and make particle concentration distribution to uniformity.
