江西茶鲜叶重金属状况评价探讨

摘    要:对江西省5个茶区的88个茶鲜叶(新叶、老叶)样,以国标方法测定Cu、Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cr;新拟茶鲜叶限量值结合商品茶限量标准,采用改进的单因子污染指数(PI)和Nemerow综合污染指数(NIPI)对新叶重金属情况进行评价。结果显示,老叶与新叶的Cu、Pb、Hg、Cr含量均存在极显著差异,历年累积明显;分别有11.4%和6.8%的茶园新叶Cu和Cr轻度污染(2≥NIPI>1);全省Cu、Cr轻度污染,Pb为警戒水平(0.6

Abstract:Total 88 fresh tea leaves samples(including new leaves and old leaves) from 5 producing district in Jiangxi province were analyzed for the contents of Cu,Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cr according to relevant national standards.To determine the degree of metal contamination in new leaves,a revised pollution index(PI) for each metal and a Nemerow integrated pollution index(NIPI) of the six metals were analyzed.The results indicated that the contents of Cu,Pb,Hg and Cr were significantly different between new leaves and ol...
