镀锌层三价铬高耐蚀蓝白钝化工艺研究

摘    要:三价铬钝化环境污染小,但钝化膜的耐蚀性不及六价铬钝化.为此,深入研究了三价铬钝化的耐蚀性.基于钝化液的基本组成配方,用正交试验法优化了镀锌层三价铬蓝白钝化工艺的最佳工艺参数和工艺范围:4.8g/LCrCl3,1.0mL/LH2SO4,1.0mL/LHNO3,2.5mL/L醇类添加剂,2.5mL/LHAc,钝化液温度25℃,浸渍时间15s,钝化液pH值1.8.研究了工艺参数与钝化层外观和耐蚀性的关系,在最佳工艺参数的条件下,进行镀锌层三价铬蓝白钝化处理,所得膜层经76h的中性盐雾试验不产生白锈,已超过了国家标准的48h.

Abstract:The optimum parameters for the trivalent blue-white chromating of electroplated zinc coating were determined making use of orthogonal test. The correlation among the passivating parameters and the morphology and corrosion resistance of the electroplated zinc coating were explored. As the results, the electroplated zinc coating subject to blue-white chromating at the optimized parameters had excellent corrosion resistance. Namely, no white rust was generated on the passivated zinc coating after exposure in neutral salt-fog for 72 h, which is much larger than 48 h specified in the relevant national standard.
