摘    要:红外物质水分测量仪是目前工、农业生产加工中实现物质水分在线测量广泛应用的测量技术手段.由于其传感器输出信号微弱,必须有效克服测量系统中测量噪声的影响,以提高水分测量的精度.将Boxcar数字滤波器应用在红外物质水分测量仪中,实践证明可以大大克服测量系统中测量噪声的影响,有效地提高了测量精度这一关键问题.最后,阐述了用计算机实现Boxcar滤波算法的理论原理和方法.

Abstract:The infrared substance moisture measurement instrument is a measurement technique,which is widely used in industry and agriculture production to realize online moisture measurement of the substances at present.Because the output signal of sensor is weak,it must overcome the effect of measurement of noise in the measurement system to improve the accuracy of moisture measurement.It can overcome the noise effect of measurement system and improve the accuracy of measurement efficacy.The result of experiments indicates that it can overcome the noise effect of measurement system greatly and improve the accuracy of the key problems in measurement effective to apply the modern filter technique Boxcar digital filter into infrared substance moisture measurement.It also describes the principle and method of Boxcar digital filtering algorithm realized by computer.
