摘    要:介绍了低负荷条件下硫磺回收装置运行过程中存在的主要问题,并对产生问题的原因进行了分析,根据分析的结果提出了硫磺回收装置低负荷运行优化的措施及建议,为低负荷条件下硫磺回收装置安全、平稳运行并实现尾气达标排放提供了参考。

Abstract:This paper introduced the main problems existing in low load operation conditions of sulfur recovery plant, and the causes of the problems were analyzed. According to the analysis, the proposals and measures of operation optimizing of the sulfur recovery unit under low load were put forward, which could provide references for safe, smooth operation of sulfur recovery unit and achieve the up-to-standard emission of tail gas.
