摘    要:生物脱硫作为一种新的天然气净化手段,具有净化度高、流程简单、环境污染少、能耗低等特点,在低碳经济发展和环境保护等方面显示出潜在的优势。主要讨论了利用高效液相色谱法测定生物脱硫溶液中的单质硫。用有机溶剂萃取生物脱硫循环液中的单质硫,前处理后在指定高效液相色谱条件下检测单质硫浓度,形成了一套简单可行的测定生物脱硫溶液中单质硫的方法。该方法的检测限为0.04mg/L,加标回收率为103.00%,满足生物脱硫溶液中单质硫的测定需要。同时,讨论了生物脱硫溶液中其余硫副产物对单质硫的干扰。

Abstract:Biological desulfurization has become a new research hotspot in the natural gas purification process due to its superiority under the trend of low carbon economy promotion and increasingly stringent environmental regulations on gas discharge. In this study, organic solvent was used for extraction of elemental sulfur form the mixing biological desulfurization solution, and the elemental sulfur was successfully determined by high performance liquid chromatography. A set of simple and feasible method for determination of elemental sulfur in the biological desulfurization solution was developed. The results showed that detection limit of the method was 0.04 mg/L, and the recovery rate was 103.00%. With good accuracy and precision, this method could fully meet the need of determination of element sulfur in biological desulfurization solution. At the same time, the effect of the by-products of thiosulfate, sulfate and sulfite in the biological desulfurization solution on determination of elemental sulfur was discussed.
