摘    要:为了实现对卫生陶瓷凝胶注模成型工艺的计算机控制,采用BP神经网络对获得的实验数据进行训练,建立了卫生陶瓷凝胶注模成型工艺参数和成型后坯体性能的映射网络模型,从而可利用该模型来预测在一定工艺条件下卫生陶瓷的性能。结果表明,其预测精度高,说明将BP神经网络用于卫生陶瓷凝胶注模成型后性能的预测是完全可行的。

Abstract:In order to controll the gelcasting process of sanitary ceramics by computer, a prediction model for the properties of shaped green sanitary ceramics body prepared by gelcasting based on BP artificial neural net is established. The nonlinear relationship between technological parameters and properties is formatted. Property performance of the sanitary ceramics green body can be predicted by means of the trained neural net. The results show that the precision prediction of dry strength and dry shrinkage of the sanitary body could be achieved; and the as-established model is suitable for the property prediction of sanitary ceramics.
