掺玻璃纤维粉煤灰煤矸石骨料混凝土强度与抗裂性能试验研究

摘    要:为了探究水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、煤矸石掺量和玻璃纤维掺量对混凝土抗压、劈裂抗拉和抗裂性能的影响,设计了四因素四水平正交试验。分析结果表明:各因素对混凝土抗压强度影响程度为水胶比>煤矸石体积比例>粉煤灰质量浓度>纤维质量浓度,粉煤灰掺量20%、纤维掺量0.1%时混凝土抗压强度达到最佳;各因素对混凝土劈裂抗拉强度影响程度为水胶比>纤维质量浓度>粉煤灰质量浓度>煤矸石体积比例,粉煤灰掺量20%、纤维掺量0.2%时混凝土劈裂抗拉强度达到最佳;各因素对混凝土抗裂性能影响程度为纤维质量浓度>水胶比>粉煤灰质量浓度>煤矸石体积比例,粉煤灰掺量30%、纤维掺量0.3%、煤矸石掺量15%时混凝土抗裂性能达到最佳。

Abstract:In order to explore the effects of water-binder ratio, fly ash content, coal gangue content and glass fiber content on concrete performance of compression, splitting tensile and crack-resistance, the four factors and four levels orthogonal test was designed. The results shows that the influence of each factor on the concrete compressive strength is water-binder ratio>coal gangue volume ratio>fly ash mass concentration>fiber mass concentration, the concrete compressive strength is best when the content of fly ash is 20% and the fiber content is 0.1%. The influence of each factor on the concrete splitting tensile strength is water-binder ratio>fiber mass concentration>fly ash mass concentration>coal gangue volume ratio, the concrete splitting tensile strength is best when the content of fly ash is 20% and the fiber content is 0.2%.The influence of each factor on the concrete crack-resistance is fiber mass concentration>water-binder ratio>fly ash mass concentration>coal gangue volume ratio, the concrete crack-resistance is best when the content of fly ash is 30%,the fiber content is 0.3% and the coal gangue content is 15%.
