高导碲铜合金棒材上引连铸工业试验研究

摘    要:利用铜陵有色股份铜冠电工有限公司(简称公司)上引连铸生产线,进行新能源电动汽车充电桩用易切削高导碲铜合金的铸杆生产工业试验,对合金的熔炼与上引铸造工艺技术进行探索和优化,摸索了出碲铜合金的大气熔炼与铸造技术的相关工艺,结果表明优化后的熔炼和上引工艺可稳定铜液中合金成分,实现含Te量在0.3%~0.7 %Cu-Te合金的上引法连铸坯杆。

Abstract:Tongling Nonferrous Tongguan Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Company) made use of the upper continuous casting production line to carry out industrial tests on the casting rod production of free-cutting high conductivity tellurium copper alloy for charging piles of new energy electric vehicles. The results show that the optimized melting and up-lead process can stabilize the alloy composition in copper liquid and realize the upper continuous casting bar containing 0.3%~0.7% Cu-Te alloy.
