某近现代历史建筑的鉴定与加固

近现代历史建筑在我国历史建筑中具有重要的地位,这类建筑大多安全性能退化严重。对济南市某近现代历史建筑进行了安全性鉴定,介绍了其结构形式及特点,该建筑物主要存在砖拱券开裂、钢梁锈蚀、木结构构件干裂、腐朽、部分构件承载力不足等问题。根据鉴定结果并充分考虑该建筑物的特殊性,对其进行了加固处理。该建筑物加固效果良好,可为其他同类工程提供参考。

Appraisal and reinforcement for a modern historical building

Modern historical buildings play an important role in China′s historical buildings. Most of these buildings have serious degradation of safety performance. The safety of a modern historical building in Jinan city was appraised. Its structural form and characteristics were introduced. The main problems of the building were brick arch cracking, steel beam corrosion, dry cracking, decay, and some members lack of bearing capacity of wood structural members. According to the appraisal results and considering the particularity of the building, the building was reinforced. The building had good reinforcement effect, which could provide reference for other similar projects.
