提高铜模使用寿命生产实践

介绍江西铜业集团贵溪冶炼厂简称贵冶倾动炉铜模在使用过程中,因铜模分层、变形、开裂等因素而报废,车间通过提高铜模浇铸质量,优化浇铸过程中铜模温度控制,脱模剂合理使用等措施,使得铜模寿命延长,达到了降本增效、节能减排有助于工厂可持续发展。

Production Practice of Improving the Copper Mold Service Life

During the production process of tilting furnace of Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited Guixi Smelter, the copper mold was referred to scrap because of some factors including layering, deformation, cracking. Through applying some measures of improving the quality of copper casting, optimizing the temperature control of copper mold in casting process, intelligent use of mold release,the service life of copper mold is extended to realize the cost decreasing and benefit increasing and energy conservation and emissions reduction, which can contribute to the sustainable development of our factory.
