摘    要:以某地铁车库火灾后受损板为例,通过显微结构分析、结构物理力学性能检测、现场原位荷载试验等方法,对火灾后受损板进行了检测鉴定与加固维修研究。研究火灾后受损混凝土结构的检测鉴定内容与方法,为灾后结构的损伤评价及后续的维修与加固提供技术依据。提出了一种火灾后受损结构鉴定评级层次划分与评级标准,可补充火灾后混凝土结构损伤程度的评级问题。根据检测鉴定结果评定火灾受损结构构件的损伤等级,对不同程度受损的结构构件进行了加固与维修设计。通过加固与维修,消除了火灾后结构的安全隐患,提高了结构的承载力与耐久性。

Abstract:Taking the damaged plate after a fire in a subway train carbarn as an example, through the methods of microstructure analysis, physical and mechanical properties detection of the structure, field in-situ load test, the damaged slab after a fire was tested, identified and reinforced. The content and method of detection and appraisal of damaged concrete structure after fire was studied, to provide technical basis for damage assessment and subsequent maintenance and reinforcement of structure after fire. A classification and standard for the appraisal of damaged structures after fire was proposed to supplement the evaluation of damage degree of concrete structures after fire. According to the results of detection and appraisal, the damage grade of fire damaged structural members was evaluated, and the reinforcement and maintenance design of structural members with different degrees of damage were carried out. Through reinforcement and maintenance, the hidden danger of the structure after fire was eliminated, and the bearing capacity and durability of the structure were improved.
