摘    要:小型电站常用抽真空设备主要是射汽抽汽器和射水抽汽器,而油环抽真空装置耗能低、运转平稳,逐渐被接受。本文以某水泥厂9MW水泥余热电站为例,对油环抽真空装置进行选型设计,此方法可用于余热回收、生物质、垃圾、燃煤和其他同类型凝汽机组的射水、射汽抽汽器装置的设计及改造选型。

Retrofit and selection design of vacuum system for cement waste heat power station
Abstract:The common vacuum equipment of small power station is steam ejector and water ejector. While the oil ring vacuum device has low energy consumption and stable operation, which is gradually accepted. This paper takes a 9 MW cement waste heat power station as an example to design the type selection of oil ring vacuum pumping device. This method can be used for the design and transformation of water jet and steam jet extraction device of waste heat recovery, biomass, garbage, coal and other condensing units of the same type.
