基于ISM 的大连市装配式建筑发展制约因素研究

通过文献研究法和李克特五点量表法筛选并挖掘出制约大连市装配式建筑发展的25 项因素以及各因素之间的相互影响关系。通过构建ISM 解释结构模型并根据模型对制约因素进行相关性分析，将制约因素划分为表层直接影响因素、中层影响因素和深层根本影响因素三大类，并针对不同层级的影响因素进行逐个分析，同时提出相应的发展建议，以期最大程度地促进大连市装配式建筑的建设和推广，进而促进东北地区房地产经济的发展。

Research on the Factors Restricting the Development of PrefabricatedBuildings in Dalian Based on ISM Model

Based on a literature analysis and a five-point Likert scale，this paper identifies and excavates 25 factors that restrict thedevelopment of prefabricated buildings in Dalian as well as the interactions among them. Through ISM and correlation analyses ofthe restrictive factors，these factors are divided into three categories:the surface direct influencing factors，the middle influencingfactors, and the deep fundamental influencing factors. In addition, the influencing factors of different levels are analyzed one by one，and the corresponding development suggestions are put forward to promote the construction and promotion of prefabricatedbuildings in Dalian as wide as possible, which is beneficial for the development of real estate economy in Northeast China.
