摘    要:为分析高校基建“靠校吃校”的合作封闭圈问题,选取高校基建项目与中标人的关联数为网络特征指标,应用向量空间模型对27所高校基建合作网络进行相似度分析。结果表明,活跃中标单位与大型基建项目能够促使不同数量的局域网络产生,同时影响整体网络的集聚程度,并据此产生四类合作网络,即单局域离散型、单局域集聚型、双局域离散型与双局域集聚型。高校基建合作网络分类与结构形态分析能够提高项目合作及资金使用效率,加强高校基建合作治理,使其朝更加规范的方向发展。

Abstract:In order to analyze the "Long Term Dependence on Colleges and Universities" owing to the close cooperation circle of university infrastructure construction,this paper selects the associations between university infrastructure and the winning bidder as the network characteristic index,and applies the vector space model to analyze the similarity of 27 university infrastructure cooperation networks. The results show that active bid winning bidder and large-scale infrastructure projects can promote the generation of different numbers of local area networks,and affect the degree of aggregation in the whole network. According to this,four types of cooperative networks are generated, which are single local area discrete,single local area cluster,double local area discrete, and double local area cluster. The classification and structure analysis of university infrastructure cooperation network can improve the efficiency of project cooperation and capital use,strengthen the governance of university infrastructure cooperation,and enable a more standardized development.
