摘 要: | 石材幕墙采用短槽、背栓等点式挂件连接。连接部位小,受力复杂,是石材幕墙受力最薄弱环节,工程实践中局部破坏最严重。与玻璃、金属四边支撑板不同,石材挂件处局部脆性破环后整个面板处于失效状态,微小外荷载即可导致高空坠落,安全隐患大。本文针对石材幕墙短槽部位、挂件抗弯及横梁角钢抗扭进行公式和有限元对比分析,以确定石材连接的可靠性,并对石材幕墙设计、按照提出建议。

Abstract: | Stone curtain wall is connected by short grooves,back bolts and other point pendants.The connection is small and the weakest part of stone curtain wall,and its local damage is the most serious in engineering practice.Different from the four-sided supporting plates of glass and metal,the whole stone panel is in a state of failure after the local brittle breakage of the pendant,and a small external load can lead to high-altitude fall,resulting in great safety risks.This paper carries out the formula and finite element comparative analysis of the short groove part of the stone curtain wall,the bending resistance of the pendant and the torsion resistance of the crossbeam angle steel,in order to determine the reliability of the stone connection,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the design. |
