摘    要:配电网发生故障后充分利用报警信息和时序信息快速准确地诊断出故障元件,是对配电网可靠供电和保证配电网安全运行的首要任务?在现有Petri网的故障诊断基础上,提出一种基于时间约束的分层模糊Petri网的配电网故障诊断模型?建立的模型对配电网的拓扑结构变化具有良好的适应性,通过使用主保护和主保护对应断路器的动作时间来获得原因事件动作起点,并对高斯函数进行修正?通过算例比较证明此方法具有较强的准确度和通用性,能有效地诊断出配电网的故障?

Abstract:It is the primary task for the reliable power supply and safe operation of the distribution network to make full use of the alarm information and time series information to quickly and accurately diagnose the faulty component after the fault of the distribution network. Based on the fault diagnosis of existing Petri nets, a fault diagnosis model for distribution network based on time-constrained hierarchical fuzzy Petri nets is proposed. The model established in this paper has good adaptability to the topology change of distribution network, and the starting point of the event action of reason is obtained by using the main protection and main protection corresponding to the action time of the circuit breaker, and the Gaussian function is corrected. The comparison of the example shows that the method has strong accuracy and versatility, and can effectively diagnose the fault of the distribution network.
