摘    要:为研究BIM技术在连续梁-钢桁组合桥施工中的实施技术路线与应用价值,依托郑阜高铁沈界1号大桥项目,从BIM应用流程、模型建立、审核图纸、深化设计、优化施工及进度与物资管理等方面展开研究。通过Revit、Catia与Inventor软件的组合应用,实现了空间曲线构件主梁底板纵向预应力管的Revit族模型精确构建;采用三维剖切法审图,可快速发现钢筋与节点板、预应力管道的碰撞问题;基于钢筋BIM量,实现钢筋大样图的深化设计并用于钢筋加工交底单的绘制;基于主梁节段的BIM工程量及挂篮悬臂浇筑工序时间,实现了主梁施工进度的合理预测,从而辅助进度控制措施的决策。

Abstract:To study the technical roadmap and application value of BIM technology in the construction of continuous beam-steel truss composite bridge,this study was conducted from the aspects of BIM application,model establishment,drawing review,deepening design, construction optimization,material management based on the Zheng-fu high-speed railway shenjie No.1 bridge project. By combining Revit,Catia and Inventor software,this paper achieved an accurate development of Revit family models for longitudinal prestressed pipe of main girder and bottom plate of space curve member. Using three-dimensional cutting method to examine the drawing can quickly find the collision problem between steel bar,gusset plate and prestressed pipe. Based on the reinforcement quantity derived from BIM,the detailed design of reinforcement can be realized and used for drawing the reinforcement processing disclosure sheet. Moreover, the study can realize a reasonable prediction of main girder construction progress by using BIM information on main girder segments and cantilever casting process time of hanging basket,which can assist decision-making of progress control.
