UV固化无纸面石膏装修装饰一体化板开发

传统的纸面石膏板作为基材制成的装饰装修一体化板虽然性能良好,但有其局限性,如纸面层易渗透、受潮、发黄,板材易变形、断裂、脱落,且强度低,楔形边无法辊涂等。为解决这些问题,研究开发一种无纸面石膏板,通过控制水膏比、纤维添加量、外加剂掺量等,优化无纸面石膏板的工艺配方,使板材的力学性能良好,并具有较好的表面平整度。以无纸面石膏板作为基材,通过调整UV固化工艺参数,一体板的饰面附着力和耐刮擦综合性能达到最佳。结果表明,根据优化的UV固化工艺制备的一体板具有较好的物理和涂膜性能,作为内墙装饰材料的发展前景良好。

Development of UV curing decorative integrated board based on paperless gypsum board

The decorative integrated board with base material of traditional gypsum board has good properties,but it also has its limitations,such as the paper surface is easy to penetrate,wet and yellow,the board is easy to deform,fracture and fall off,and its strength is low,the wedge edge can not be roller coated,etc.In order to solve these problems,a kind of paperless gypsum board is developed.By controlling the water paste ratio and the amount of fiber and admixture,an optimized formula of paperless gypsum board is obtained.The gypsum board prepared by this formula has good mechanical properties and surface smoothness.By adjusting the UV curing process parameters,the surface adhesion and scratch resistance of the integrated board based on this paperless gypsum board are optimized.The results show that the integrated board prepared by this optimized UV curing process has good physical and coating properties,and has a good development prospect as interior wall decoration materials.
