摘    要:苏宁易购总部研发办公楼A区位于整个项目的西区入口处,根据建筑要求,端部3层大悬挑,悬挑最大处达18.2m。通过对悬挑方案的比选,最终采用钢拉杆形式的悬挑斜拉体系。根据项目的超限情况,采取相应的计算措施并对不同部位的构件进行性能化设计。由于钢拉杆及上下节点区十分重要,分别作了内力分析及有限元分析。本工程端部大悬挑不同于普通楼层结构,故而进行了舒适度分析以及施工监测。结果表明这种结构体系建筑美观、受力合理,可作为其他工程参考。

Abstract:Research and development office building A district in Suning.com headquarters is located at the west entrance of the whole project.According to the requirements of the building,the three cantilevers at the end are cantilevered with a maximum suspension of 18.2 m.Through the comparison and selection of the cantilever scheme,the cantilevered cable-stayed system in the form of steel tie rod was finally adopted.According to the out-of-code situation of the project,corresponding calculation measures were taken and performance-based design was conducted on the components of different parts.Due to the importance of steel tie rod and upper and lower node area,internal force analysis and finite element analysis were made respectively.The project′s large cantilevered suspension was different from the ordinary floor structure,and then comfort analysis and construction monitoring were carried out.The results show that the structure system is beautiful and reasonable,which can be used as a reference for other projects.
