基于文化蚁群算法的高可靠多电源配电网规划模型

摘    要:为了进一步完善配电网规划模型,首先抽象出辐射状、单环网以及两供一备3种接线模式的拓扑图。然后提出适用于多电源的配电网规划模型。以停电风险、投资成本和运行成本为目标函数确定配电网的常规线路,根据接线模式约束以最短路法确定配电网的联络线路和备用线路。模型中将接线模式约束转化为接线模式单元,用函数关系式将负荷重要性和缺供电量ENS转化为停电风险,从而达到协同考虑可靠性和经济性的目标。最后运用文化蚁群算法对模型进行优化求解。将提出的模型方法应用于一个29节点的待规划配电网区域,计算结果表明所提出的方法能够快速得到不同接线模式约束下的配电网规划方案及其对应的经济性、可靠性指标,为规划人员提供参考和依据。

Abstract:In order to further improve the distribution network planning model, the topological diagrams of three connection modes, radial, single-loop and two-supply-one-stand-by are abstracted firstly. A planning model of distribution network suitable for multiple power supplies is put forward. This paper takes the risk of power failure, investment cost and operation cost as the objective functions to determine the normal lines of the distribution network, and determine the contact lines and backup lines of the distribution network by the shortest circuit method according to the connection mode constraint. Connection mode constraints are transformed into connection mode units, and load importance and power shortage ENS are transformed into blackout risk by functional relationship, so as to achieve the goal of synergistic consideration of reliability and economy. Finally, Memetic Ant Colony Algorithm (MACA) is used to optimize the model. The proposed method is applied to a 29 node for planning of distribution network. The calculation results show that the presented method can quickly get distribution network planning scheme and its corresponding economy and reliability indices under different connection mode restraints to provide the reference and basis for planning personnel.
