完全甲烷化催化剂的制备及优化

摘    要:以γ-Al_2O_3为载体,NiO为活性组分,MgO和CeO_2为助剂,制备出完全甲烷化催化剂,考察了载体中Si物种,MgO和CeO_2助剂对催化剂活性的影响,并对甲烷化反应的工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:添加MgO有利于提高催化剂的高温稳定性,添加CeO_2可以抑制CO加氢反应中积炭的产生;催化剂载体中Si物种的存在不利于甲烷化反应;甲烷化反应最佳反应温度为300℃,反应压力为3 MPa。

Abstract:The complete methanation catalyst was prepared withγ-Al 2O 3 as carrier,NiO as active component,and MgO and CeO 2 as additives.The effect of sillion in carrier,additives of MgO and CeO 2 on catalyst activity were investigated,and the process conditions of methanation reaction were optimized.The results showed that MgO could improve the high temperature stability of the catalyst,and CeO 2 could inhibit the carbon deposition in CO hydrogenation reaction;however,the silicon in the catalyst carrier was not in favor of methanation reaction.The optimum conditions of methanation reaction were temperature 300℃and pressure 3 MPa.
